Apiculture (Honey Bees) - varroa mite trap

Varroa Mite Trap
Monitor hives for Varroa Mites using our large sticky trap. Reusable protective screens prevent bee capture by covering the sticky catch surface. Screens are selected for optimum mesh and cut to fit. Use 1 trap/hive in conjunction with an approved miticide to ensure mite knockdown.

Varroa Mite Trap is easily installed in a colony

The Varroa Mite
(Varroa destructor)
The varroa mite, Varroa destructor, is generally considered the most serious threat to beekeeping worldwide.  First detected in North America in 1987, it has spread throughout all of North America and most of South America.
